His3nse and Game is ****

Logged a call at Game Worcester on the 9th of July for my Hisense Dishwasher with an error code. Not even a year old,, lost my marbles yesterday in shop because nothing is happening. My dishwasher is standing with water in my kitchen with water on the bottom, for a month now nothing, nothing from Games side. I mailed hisense direct no reply. What am i to do
