Hillarious service from Game Midrand

Peter is such a useless customer care manager,who refuse to speak to customers on the phone,I heard him on the background saying he doesn't care and the lady who answers the phone from back office expect every customer to speak zulu.last month I returned a Defy Microwave which just stopped working and after 3 days they called me to collect it,it worked for a week and stopped working again,I returned the microwave and when I do follow up Peter refuses to talk to me over the phone and I could hear him on the background saying hes not going to speak to me and then my call was released
