Highly Disgusted

I bought baby food at lakeside mall Game this afternoon and upon going to the till I had to wait for about 15-20minutes while the supervisor(Portia Mohlobodi)had to put the correct price.This is the case always when I buy baby food,I will have to wait fir them to correct the price so I politely asked the supervisor why is that all the time this has to happen why cant they fix the price so that customers don't have to wait and she the said to me the fault is at headoffice and all they can do is to correct the price qhile I wait.I said to her im lodging a complaint with on this matter and the cashier((Notsikelelo Makubetse) hijacked the conversation saying to me(ungangatsheli thina kwamele utshele ihead office)(dats excatly what she said in vernacular)(Don't tell us tell the head office).The conversation quickly changed to worse cause I then asked her so is that what you tell all the customers qho come in the store or is it just me because in mu understanding when a customer has raised an issue on something its upto the store to make sure this is dealt with,I was so irritated by her attitude and all this happened qhile the supervisor stood there and did not even try to intervene in any way.Is this the treatment you render to all your customer or it goes by who you are?Im greatly upset by this and I even told the lady that she should expect my complaint as in not gonna let this slide and she confidently nodded (its fine).I am a regular at this store and to get such attitude and service is highly unacceptable,we all got our problems but for some to take out her bad day on me,I will not accept and Im asking that this should be dealt with....Highly disgusted
