Highly disappointed in Game

I logged a fault for my washing machine in Feb 2023 because that is when the washing machine broke down an my extended warranty was to expire sometime in March. The technicians came two weeks after stating that they need to order some part and would be back. It is now June and the washing machine has not been fixed and the technicians are still waiting for the part. this is not right at all and had I known that they would not fix my machine due to my warranty expiring the next month I would not have even bothered with the logging of a fault.
