Highly disappointed by Game Store Mall of Africa

Bought a Hisense microwave at Game last year on the 26 May 2025. The machine stop working in January 2026 and when I take it back to the store I was told about unfair business practices that they no longer reprint the invoices even if you do provide proof of payment. So basically if you lose your invoice for whatever reason then you automatically have lost the warranty that comes with a product it’s such an unfair business practice to consumers and I bet this is only done in Africa by Mass Mart. As for Hisense will never buy their products again and will make sure my family doesn’t as well. I am so disgusted by Game Store and would never advice anyone to shop there with their ridiculous unfair practices.
