Highly Disappointed at Game stores

we purchased item online on the 1st of July and was advised that it tales 10-14 for delivery and this was a present for someone whose birthday was on the 23rd July, till then there was no communication whatsoever no delivery when u call they keep saying its dispatched, we only only got an email on Friday the 24th that the order has been dispatched for delivery, later on the 24th another email from Game was received stating that the order has been cancelled and a refund takes about 15 days

what sort of nonsense is this for such big retail chain, this is highly disappointing and i must say i'm disgusted at your service . Smaller retail shop have way better service and they are efficient
