I bought online on the 2nd of April. Promised delivery within 2-5 days. It didn't happen because for one, there were no parcels to collect when the courier went the following day. Two , the courier got the parcels later in the week and promised delivery on the 11th. No delivery was done. Game couldn't help me. The 12th delivery was promised, still it was not fulfilled. Game still can't help me. They're ignoring me currently and I'm basically left high and dry.
