Hiding behind small print of a so called Warranty on Microwave

Please find attached doc's for a rather non-functioning expensive microwave I bought at Game in East London on 24 Aug 2015. Since early this year the Microwave (that looks like your model DMO 356 if I look on Defy's website ....). Some *&^% placed a stamp over the purchase slip so I can't see what model we talking about.

First the microwave part gave in and soon after the complete oven function gave the ghost. I failed to remember that I had when purchased took out an extended warranty with Game.... So I brought the microwave to a repair "shop" in Grahamstown. Twice now they have replaced the panel .... This is now the second time that within days the damn panel fails ..., hence I now sit here with a non functional very expensive microwave !!!

The repair shop is called East Cape Electrical, 7a Hill Street Grahamstown , tel. ********** . They too are now at their wits end and don't know how to repair anymore. Plus I have paid them for the faulty panel you have sent them (twice ...) actually.

GAME stores came back with the following reply QUOTE Your item should have been booked in with Game and our registered vendor would have been appointed to repair your unit.

We are unable to honour the warranty as per Section D, point 8 of the extended warranty terms and conditions. UNQUOTE

I live in the karoo ..... Grahamstown is my closest big city. How am I supposed to know these people are not "authorized dealers". I now sit here with a very expensive Microwave 3 yrs old and can't use the Blimming thing. As per usual GAME ........ your customer service is L O U S Y. You are very quick to sell a "so called" warranty but when push comes to shove ???? .... YOU HIDE BEHIND THE PRINT NOW ISNT THAT SO

I demand SERVICE !!!! Can you read this ????
