Hidden costs for delivery

Yesterday I bought a fridge at Game keywest store. It's not first time I buy a heavy item there which will be delivered to my home. Upon delivery today the person delivering my fridge requested payment for the fridge to delivered to my apartment on the 3rd floor. When i bought the fridge I was not told of extra costs which comes with delivery. This is very unprofessional and am not happy with the service I received today. I was at work and I had someone accepted my order for me instead I had to make other means as the person I asked to accept my delivery also didn't have cash or knowledge of the extra fees we pay for delivery. This is someone which the sales agent must explain to the customer so I can decide if I want to buy the item there and use your courier services with surprise fees or not as this was a hidden amount not added on my receipt and the address does specify its a flat so why say it's free delivery then upon delivery I must pay extra fees. I am not happy at all with the service I received upon the delivery.
