<p>Hellpiter I'm Yondela Mangxola please help I got a problem I bought my TV at Game in Ballito KZN my TV is Hisense it was February 2015 and the warranty is 4 years now this TV is not working is not showing pictures I went to Game 3 times I told them I lost my slep even my slep was invisible so that told they can not help me if I don't have slep they told me i have call HISENSE then I went to hisense in town they told me they can not help me their matchin is help for for something that only one year so now I don't know what to do about this TV and I don't wish to buy anything at Game anymore because I'm not geting help now and I don't wish a anyone to buy hisense because they are not helping you when you goting a problem please I really need help</p>

(1) You do not have a proof of purchase.
(2) You paid cash and do not have the date of purchase
(3) You did not register your warranty with Hisense
This makes it difficult to trace a transaction but the store will try and assist and keep you posted.

This matter is a challenge due to the following:
(1) You do not have a proof of purchase.
