Yesterday I wanted to buy a fridge I called first and the staff told me at the fridge department they couldn't help me at 17:30 We would collect the fridge ourselves.I called back again and asked for a manager and they put me through to Tensos he told me I must come and he will make sure that they'll help me.I got the call recordings if you want to listen to it
