Hello Peter My name is Nontando Mseleku. Subject..Poor Service at Game Pine Crest..Pinetown.. I'm extremely unhappy with the Service received at Game Pine Crest (Pine Town) date 14 Sept 2026) after purchasing a Bennett Read iron that was recommended to me by the sales assistant. The iron did not perform as expected and it's stopping ironing, so I returned to the store requesting a return or exchange. A Lady Sibahle Mhlongo and Mfundo ...They refused stating that I should have returned it within 14 days. These terms and conditions were not even explained at the time of purchase and the store should take accountability because I re**** on the Sales assistants expertise. I have escalated the matter to Game complaints department but no response has been given... Thank u
