Health Hazard! Live maggot worms in the cereal!Disgusting!!

I am deeply disturbed my my finding today after i discovered that the bowl of Original Morvite cereal that I poured for my son,this morning, and that I purchased today, was filled with maggots/worms!!!

I was beyond DISGUSTED by your products!!! I am TRUAMATISED!!

Not only am I traumatized and nauseated by that sight. I NEARLY risked my family's health and wellbeing by almost giving my son a bowl of living worms. Just writing this email makes me sick!!!

I also found that the box of TV bracket that I purchased with those cereals was pre-opened, there was MISSING bolts and stress and NO instruction manual!! Quite a way to start the day,not so. I have just went and wasted all my money spent at that store today because I cannot install the bracket nor did my son have breakfast...I have to now trow away all food items bought because Your Store Cannot Be Trusted and is contaminated. WHAT A HEALTH HAZARD!!!

NO CLEANLINESS, HYGIENE, NO STORE MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL,No Thought for the customer...just a place of poor service all round. I will be contacting all necessary parties to have this escalated.

Its beyond revolting!! You have just disturbed and awoken my biggest anxiety trigger, my scoleciphobia because of you I now have no appetite and have heart palpitations and vision of that sighting!! Because of your carelessness, I'm know traumatized by that sight and have to stare at a box without of empty promises.

I wish not only to be refunded for all that food waste , I also wish that my time and effort be considered and I am compensated for all the grief I've encountered today.
