Head office failing to retrieve documents

I wrote a review Friday as I bought defy double door fridge and stove with other appliances at Game Westgate the date was 11/08/2017. I lost my slip as we were moving house. Game Westgate stated that they Head office keeps records but Friday my query went to Game Wastage and Justice tried to help me and is battling to get my records , I tried calling the store twice today and they just hang up the phone. I really need my appliances fixed. I even took TV licence with them as I also bought TV. I am surprised such a big store like Game is failing to keep records especially of products under warranty. Please don't direct me to Game Westgate I need someone from Head office to assist me as I need the copy of that slip.
