Haven't received my washing machine as promised

I bought the washing machine on the black Friday weekend and from the time I got there the service was just not nice from the first consultant by the name of Salo Lyman that told me I can't have the washing machine delivered to Game Galleria because she can't order stock for them if I need the machine to be in Galleria I should go there myself and buy from them. I spoke to the information desk and they sent me back to Salo's manager and said she gave me the wrong information that can be done, the manager then referred me to Sarika Moonsamy who told me to go and pay R2999 for the machine and she'll sort everything out afterwards I paid and was told to go and collect the washing machine in Galleria in 2 to 3 weeks upon my arrival there I was told there's no washing machine and no arrangements were made for me to collect the machine there. I wrote a complaint to them on Monday and they said they'll now deliver the machine at my house since I had to cancel the delivery van that I had organised that day. To this day I haven't received any information from them I sent them the residential address as they requested but I still haven't received the washing machine. I'm very disappointed
