Haven’t received my online order
I ordered a TV online on the 1st of December to this day I have not received it or they did not even give me the tracking number so that I can track my order. I emailed them asking about the status of my order and they said I’m still within delivery time frame which I understood but where is my tracking number so that I can see my order. I phoned the call center several times they said something wrong with my tracking number and I should call tomorrow to check again honestly I’m tired now. As a loyal customer I’m very disappointed at Game.

21 Dec 2020, 09:17Last night I got an email that says I need to confirm that I got my order. I was surprised by that because I have not received my order how can you say that I need to confirm that. Are they not taking any pictures the delivery people as proof that they delivered the order to the right person? before writing me an email to confirm.
