Have not received my washing machine till today from Game mall@reds centurion

I bought washing machine in store on Black Friday, I payed for delivery and was told would arrive the next day. next day nothing arrived went to game only to find they have not captured my delivery they captured it and told me i would still get it same day. Day was over and no call or anything stating I would not receive my machine. Went back Sunday and asked what is happening and they said they cannot get hold of warehouse staff etc. I asked for my delivery refund and i would like collection from store. I got refund only to get told they do not have stock. I was the 1st person to purchase the machine in the store on the day but all of the sudden they have no stock. I asked when they will get they said Monday, since Monday the 28th i have been waiting to get call from them telling me to come get my machine. The worst part is that they dont call their customers explaining what is happening we have to call and ask them where they drop calls on us or do not pick up at all u leave message to get called back but no one does. And when they do answer they do not know when the stock will arrive. We are not kids I dont know why we are being treated like ones, neither are we stupid. We paid for our products and we would like it to get them, we tired of asking now we are telling you. we did not beg for the product when we came in store we paid for them. now give us what we paid for, and stop selling things when you have no stock
