Hate Game store for life

One week before black Friday sale i purchased online combo deal from Game. Tv and sound bar. I received the TV and not the sound bar. Immediately I contacted online sales and advised me that I did not click on one button fir the deal so therefore they will not give me the sound bar. But I paid for as deal. I called so many, spoke to different team leaders and consultants. They eventually agreed to give me sound bar which has not been delivered to me since November end. I did request them to collect the TV so I could repurchase the deal. They don't respond to your emails. The call center managers make promises to follow up and provide feedback which they don't. Now I have a TV still sealed in the box sitting in my house since November 2025. Do not purchase any items from Games anymore. Their services are very poor and pathetic. No sense of accountability or responsibility from any staff. I saved up for items from past 5 years. They have my money but will not deliver the sound bar and no one will call me to give any feedback. Will not be shopping at Game anymore.
