HARD TO CLOSE GAME ACCOUNT - SHODDY CREDIT PROVIDER

I have been struggling to close my GAME account, when you call the customer service line there isn't even an option of closing your account. I was dealing with a guy called Abdul after the last complaint I laid about the money they are deducting from me and now they have started deducting from the credit balance that I have. I don't understand why? PLEASE CAN YOU CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND REIMBURSE ME MY CREDIT BALANCE WE HAD INITIALLY AGREED ON! Game is the worst store account to have seriously! They just want to send people from pillar to post but don't hesitate when opening your account.
