Happy customer! Exceptional service experience.

This morning I called in to Game customer center and I was assisted by Noloyiso Chule. Initially I was very upset, however she was able to sympathize with me and showed that she understood my frustration. Even when her team leader was not around, she went an extra mile to go to another team leaders desk to see to it that I get assisted with my quiry. I'm happy to have been assisted by her calm self. Best service this morning and may they be many more. That lady deserves an increase.
