Handed over despite accepted debt review proposal.

Good Day,<br> <br> On the 15th of Feb 2016 ,I received 2 missed calls, and sms and an email from VVM Debt Collectors informing me that my account has been handed over due to non-payment.<br> However, on the 29th of May 2015, Slindile Fihlela, ID NUMBER: ***, accepted the debt review proposal made by Debt Rescue. Subsequent to receiving the notice on the 15th of Feb 2016, Marelize Van Wyk from Debt Rescue sent an email both to VVM and Customer Friend with my statement of payments, as well as the court order granted in favour of my debt review application.<br> I requested a statement a statement from RCS on the 23rd of Feb 2016 to view my outstanding balance, however only received a reply on the 2nd of March stating that I cannot get a statement as I am handed over and need to contact the collection agent.<br> I feel this is an absolute violation of me as a customer. Please could you update your system to reflect the correct information and in withdraw the handover with the collection agents. This is a clear indication that the accounts department is *********** and clearly do not understand how debt review works
