Half order yet full delivery fee

I placed 1 order which consited of 2 items I had to pay a delivery fee for the items I ordered. When checking the delivery status of my order , 1 item has been cancelled. When I contact the customer service they inform me that the item was not in stock hence the cancellation. They will deliver the other item. They neither consulted with me nor inform me about the out of stock item. They are refusing to cancel the order and subsequently I have paid a full delivery fee on half an order when I didn't pay for one item on the same order. This is totally unfair and a pure daylight *******
