guaranteed service on every product sold?????

I bought your Diet Fuel Meal Shake this past Saturday (09/05/15) from Game Trade Route Mall, Lenasia. Upon opening the tin yesterday - Monday 11/05/2015, the mixture was two toned...tin says strawberry but there was a definable hint of chocolate. I returned to Game stores trade route mall whereby I was told that they do not replace it as the tin been opened. If it was closed, they would have exchanged it..quite the bright spark - the manager Lindiwe Motaung. Do you grow x-ray vision so you can see thru the tin that formula not edible as that's the only way they exchange it? How do you know when you purchase a product that it's faulty without opening it? Pathetic I tell you!!!<br> For a manager over seeing the store, i'd say she needs to put on a thinking cap before she actually opens her mouth.<br> <br> I expect the courtesy of a prompt response form your offices and the necessary inspections and/or corrections from qualified personnel who can actually think.
