guarantee of products

Bought an iron and it breaks within 9 months and still has guarantee. At games I am told it will take 6weeks to repair. I ask for an iron on apro and I am told they don't do that.ironing is a necessity and not a lot of people have 2irons at home. If I buy an iron I will not need the broken iron anymore. We also need to iron while the old one takes 6 weeks to be repaired. Guarantee is a guarantee no exceptions, don't wait to change it to inconvenience a cash paying customer.service at games was pathetic.
