The level of service that game stores Mitchell’s plain give is appalling my disabled mother purchased the Alva gas and electric heater on the 10th of June 2024 , two wheels came off the heater I took the heater for repair or replacement as it is still under guarantee and still within the 6months consumer right act two employees by the name of nodwe and Charlotte gave a stinking attitude telling me that the wheels were broke by my mother how on earth can a disabled adult break wheels of a heater and the wheels are accessories then I asked for the guarantee terms and conditions they don’t have it’s on the slip how funny,those came with the heater they were not assembled by anyone
