Greedy Game
I spend a lot of money at Game. I have an account with Game. I made a purchase of R12000 on my account in September and made a payment of R14000 at the end of September towards my *** more than my purchase and 4 times my normal installment. I did not make a payment end October, since I paid the R2000 extra on 30 Sept. My current outstanding balance is R6000 and still Game wants a payment of over R1000 from me today (11 November)! How ridiculous is that!? Talk about squeezing blood from a stone! I am so disappointed that I did business with Game! Will take my business to Takealot going forward.

How on Earth do you calculate an installment of R1045 for a balance of R5000??
This must be the worst accounting department ever!

AND THEN GAME EVEN CHARED ME COLLECTION FEES AS WELL!
THIS IS JUST PATHETIC!
How can you consider someones account in arrears when they have paid R2000 extra one day before the month started?!
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!
This is the only company that penalises you for paying more than you have to!!
