Great Tellers, Mixed Customer Service Experience
Game Brits Mall has amazing tellers — friendly, helpful, and professional. They really make the shopping experience pleasant. My only concern was with a staff member wearing a Hisense golf shirt, and another lady unlocking earbuds when I wanted to purchase them. Their attitude came across as rude and made me feel uncomfortable, almost desperate to shop there.
