Great Store if you enjoyed being **** to

I purchased a refrigerator on Saturday, 23 November at Game Cresta shopping centre. The Game Store employee who assisted me assured me that the item would be delivered on Monday, 25 November. I am writing this review on Wednesday, 26 November, and there is still no refrigerator in sight.

This delay is certainly not due to a lack of effort on my part. I called Game Stores Cresta on Tuesday at 14:31, and the person who answered promised to check on my order and call me back. They did not. I called again at 15:57 and spoke to Fortunate, who also promised to follow up and return my call. Once again, no call was received.

Instead, I received a text message stating that my refrigerator would be delivered on Tuesday, with a tracking link directing me to a Game Store WhatsApp page. On Wednesday, I used the WhatsApp page to enquire about my order and was told yet again that my purchase would be delivered “today”.

My frustration lies in the complete lack of communication from Game Stores. I am the one repeatedly following up on an order that they initially promised would be delivered on time. What is most disappointing is the repeated misinformation I have received throughout this process. To make matters worse, I live in Ferndale, barely ten minutes away from Game Stores Cresta.

This has been a thoroughly unacceptable and disappointing experience.
