Great service from Game

Good day. I had an issue with a set of tekkies I baught from Game (Alberton City Mall) but I had lost my slip, I came onto HelloPeter in an attempt to find information on what my options are in terms of returning the product since I no longer had my slip.

I received a reply from Mr. Ralton Pillay from Game, on the same day, with a simple and helpful option of requesting (at Game, Alberton City Mall branch) a reprint of the slip, so I may then use that slip to return the product. I did so on Sunday (12th Jan 2020) and I was immediately, and happily assisted by Mr. Kavesh Dhalipkumar instore. Within 5 minutes my purchase was traced, my slip was reprinted, and my product was returned and refunded.
