Great service

Good day Yesterday i was at Game in Cape Town CBD after i received terrible service from customer service.

I went to the appliance Department where i was assisted by Abu-bukr Thomas, who was very busy doing quotations. He stop, listened and assisted me during all that. Called more than three stores to locate my item that I was looking for. I so wish customer services could have the patience and professionalism portrayed by Mr Thomas.
