Great customer service from Mr Cyril Sithole. I am amazed how he just automatically changed bad experience to positive and polite one. Thank you Ntate.

I bought a straightener which did not work when we got home - it appeared to have been returned to the store before my purchase. We went back to the store very disappointed but we left with a new straightener - an apology and a refund.
