<p>A big thank you and thumbs up for 'Ellie' of Game in the Garden Route Mall in George.</p> <p>When I couldn't find the items I was looking for nor anyone to assist me, Ellie gave up what she was busy with to help me.</p> <p>Instead of just pointing towards an aisle or shelf, she walked me to each of the items I came for and also assisted me in making product choices, further providing a cost-effective alternative for an item not in stock.</p> <p>Thank you for going the extra mile and turning a frustrating experience into a smile!</p>
