Great Sales Team

In January we went looking for laptops for our our kids for online schooling. After seeing an ad on the Game Flyer, we went to Game Centurion Mall, however the service was appalling, (not the first time) and the sales person and store manager said that it was a mis print and the laptop was an 8th gen and not a 10th gen as advertised. The sales person said that he had checked with the sales manager as well and it was definitely a misprint and that there were no 10th gen laptops available. Not satisfied with this we then proceeded to go to mall at reds as we had always received great service from that store. We enquired about the promotion and the sales person Mmantikwe Viconia Team No: 156584 immediately knew about the promotion she checked the display unit and noted that it was a 7th gen and then proceeded to go the the store room to double check what stock was available. She returned with the boxes and conferred with a colleague Ephrahim Monebodi about the spec etc. They checked the spec's online and confirmed that the ad was indeed correct and they then decided to open the box to ensure us that we are purchasing the correct Acer 13 10th Gen laptops as advertised (something centurion refused to do). They both pleasant an very willing to help. Mmantikwe than proceed to walk with us to the till and stayed with us through out the entire purchase process. Game Mall @ Reds have an exceptional sales team.
