Wanting to pre-order a PS5 and on their website it says and I quote "Pre-orders PHASE 2 now open. Limited stock available.

Select PlayStation 5 Phase 2 Pre-Order Delivery at checkout for priority delivery after 16 December 2020*."

However where the order button should be it's grayed out and states out of stock. Spoke to the chat on the website and "Maryam" the person assisting me just says pre-orders are closed.
