Great, friendly , organized and professional service

I would like to thank the staff at Game Eastgate , the service was exceptional !!!! Particularly the manager Mohammad and the tv department particularly Douglas. Douglas for his patience and his helpfulness was beyond my expectations. He went beyond the means to help us find a replacement tv for us at a different store and even allowed us to pay for the tv at the Eastgate store for the other store as the special was ending and the other store had closed.

Mohammad was amazing and professional, he help get us get the best price and also went beyond any managed I have seen at the store. I also noticed that the staff are very friendly and organized.I would contribute this to Mohammad as he was constantly on the move and helping customers.
