Great customer service ever received in any Game store

Today I went Game Jabulane to buy a cell phone , great service I received from the guys there, I asked what was needed for a contract phone then I had to go do bank statements from the Bank, when I came back a Lady in the department tells me I cannot get a phone due to a person that works with it already knocked off at 2pm, I must come back tomorrow , i got so angry and shaking and frustrated because someone would have informed me before being sent to the Bank for nothing...on my way out I decided to go see a Manager ,and I'm so happy I have done so ,he really helped me, i have my phone now. Mr Joe his a kind of Manager that knows customer service, he did all he could to change the situation I was in , I wish all the stores can have Managers like Joe, I received 100% service from Mr Joe big up!!! From now on Game at Jabulane it's my home all the credit goes to Jooooooe!
