Great customer service by Justice Matsaba at Game Westgate Mall

Just received a call from Justice Matsaba at Game in Westgate Mall regarding my plight. On not getting assistance on one of their products which I called prior to enquire about. He was understanding and apologised, whilst educating me on processes that are taken in their products during this lock down. Which I really appreciate. Pity the staff that I got wasn't like him and Anastasia in educating the customer and providing a great customer service. I am now happy with the service that Justice provided, and wish there were more like him on the floor. Much appreciated Mr Matsaba. You deserve a promotion
