Great customer service at Game Kokstad.

I bought a ceran hob at Game in kokstad. My electrician installed it he found a fault and he didn't want to open it due to the fact that he was worried that could void the warranty. I wrote a review here and in two days I received a call from Game stating that they will log a call with Bosch. The guy introduced himself as Maguma the floor manager, he was very humble and I was satisfied with his assistance. A day later i received notification via SMS that the call was logged and that a technician would pay me a visit. Two weeks later the technician never came nor called and I decided to take the hob back to the store. There I met another manager - Nathi. The guy was of great assistance. They even pushed us the trolley while we were doing our shopping and took us to the tills with another stove and were very apologetic. The service we received there was astonishing. May my Gracious God bless them abundantly according to His glorious riches in heaven. I was also introduced to their extended warranty of which I bought and while I was paying, I heard this Nathi speaking to another lady who was on other till point, he offered to bring her a trolley as well and they helped the lady to the door. What a service! I was so pleased with the service I received and what I saw. I wish they could treat each and everyone like it's their only customer.

Lastly, I would love to thank Marcia, the receptionist. I've never met her but she was very friendly on the phone as I was phoning more than three times a day, the lady never got fed up. Thank you Marcia!
