Great customer service at GAME Fleurdal Mall Customer Service

In June I bought a Russel Hobbs fan heater in Game at Boulder's Mall and the retail warranty is 1 year. Yesterday (25/06/2020). I went to Game at Fleurdal Mall to take back the fan heater because it has stopped working. It was after 14:00. The lady who was assisting me at customer services didn't give me any hustles. WOW she really has good customer service skills. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. But BIG UP to her and she must keep up the good work. I am indeed a HAPPY CUSTOMER :).
