Great customer experience

I visited GAME at Cresta because there was a special on washing machines. Petrus the salesman was polite, professional and efficient. When he told me the machine would be delivered the next day, I honestly did not believe him, it was too good to be true. Next day, I received an SMS in the morning to confirm that the machine would be delivered. The couriers phoned me in the afternoon to let me know that the machine was on the way. The machine was delivered! What a welcome customer service experience! Imagine, a service provider that actually delivers on their promises! Well done and thank you.
