Grass machine
My uncle bought trime tack machine for cutting the grass on the 17th of november 2023, when he get home he started cutting the grass and the machine stopped working for whatever reason, he then took tge machine back to the shop on thursday the 21st, the game shop didnt want to refund him and says they will call him, up to today nothing has been said, please helpwith this matter

27 Dec 2023, 11:41Thank you so much for contacting game shop, we were told to come back today on the 27th by the branch manager Sabelo Nkabinde to get a refund, this morning before we even left the house we received a phone call from him saying he has to do a process of contacting the supplier first to hear what the supplier response are and he will act based on that, and my question was how possible is that because we dont have a contract with the supplier we only bought at game, why dont they refund and deal with their supplier? where does the customeer has to do with that, im going back to work after holidays if they only reporting the matchine today that was taken to the shop on thursday the 21st then when is the complain going to be resolved

08 Jan 2024, 13:41Hi Mamosa, thank you for coming back to us. If the item was unopened and unused, you can return the item. If it is used and faulty, it is process that it will be assessed by the supplier. The item has been used and cannot be refunded without supplier authorization.

15 Feb 2024, 12:12Hello Peter please help me get my money back from game shop, I've been waiting for them with no intentions of helping us, instead I got tan email from them on the 13th of January 2024 telling me that they received the machine and I'll be informed after 21 days of wich it's past and nothing was said to us, only my uncle received a call last week Thursday to say they will finalize the claim within 48hrs after then all was quite till today.
By the look of things game is not willing to refund us, the machine was taken back to the shop within 7 days as the receipt says, however we were entitled for a refund on that day but they decided to take us from piller to piller, and now only on the 13th of January 2024 they then confirm the received of the machine of which it doesn't make sense where was the machine all along 🙄, we were told that it will take 21 days to solve the matter, i dont know if its me who is mad but 21 days has passed long ago today is the 15t of January 2024. Game is playing games with us, so maybe I should go to ombudsman cause clearly this matter is being overlooked at
