Google Play Store gift card

So my 10 year old daughter bougth a Play Store voucher for R 150 from Game Alberton this morning. When we got back home and tried to redeem the voucher with both the code and the card number it didn't work. I tried everything that Google help suggested but nothing worked.

I went back to the store and was shown on the till slip - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE.

I totally understand that there are chancers out there but in this case, the gift card didn't work and the more I tried to explain this they simply were not able to help.

Nice one Game - you won't see me again!!!!

Be carefull when purchasing a Google Play card from Game.

Only reason I went to Game was that PnP didn't have the Google Play cards and suggested I go to Game.
