I have bought a new phone "Oppo A16" at Game in Pretoria Wonderpack yesterday afternoon around 1PM

The cellphone I wanted to buy was Huawei Dual SIM and it was not available

The consultant helped me to choose the cellphone since I was out of options, and we managed to get the Oppo A16 , after paying the required amount of money for the cellphone the cellphone SIM was activated and I was given my device.

I was not given any T's & C's of the cellphone What will happen if i exit the door of the shop I did not know what will happen to my cellphone.

When I reach home I try to interact with the cellphone and after an hour I found out that I don't like the device , it's functionality and the feature operation I decided to send back the device today 13 December 2021 at 5 Pm after work

When I reached the shop at "Game" they referred me to where I bought it and I found the consultant who sold me the cellphone , i tried to tell him the my side of the story and he told me it's not possible to return the device back because the contract is activated and he showed me another rules that was pasted on there and it was not clearly visible to the customer and He did not show me by the time I was buying the cellphone

The T's & C's on my slip mentioned that if I change my mind I can return the cellphone back and they will exchange it or refund it

but when I do that it's not the case It's a different story .

I just wanted an exchange or refund . Their rules favor themselves when buying but when bringing back the what ever bought they deny.

I have talked to the manager and he denied exchanging my device
