I have a very bad experience with GAME STORES CLEARWATER and extend warranty SONY SVS ELECTRONICS I purchased a flatscreen tv 58”UHD SAMSUNG SMART Tv (CASH) from Game store’s clear water and I therefore took an extended warranty. Therefore into 3 years using the tv it started giving me problems which then I took it back to the store seen I even had an extended warranty, Game then told me that my extended warranty insurance is responsible for repairing my tv, my Tv was then repaired three times with no luck. My tv is now being repaired for the fourth time and the policy states that any electronic can not be repaired more than three times therefore they need to refund me or replace me with a brand new tv. Until today 22 November 2023 I’m still waiting for my refund or a new tv replacement, I’m being told unfinished stories and I’m left without a tv at home
