Goods not received

on the 29/04/2019 at Jabulani Mall i saw that game have a special on a washing machine which is a samsung top loader the machine was R4999 but now it was R3799 i bought the machine and i was told that it would take two week for the shop to have it on stock as it was finished so i said it fine and i paid for the washing machine, it been more than a month waiting for it but still i haven't got the washing machine when i go to the store to ask about the machine i'm getting a story that they are waiting for samsung to deliver the machine while it cold and i'm doing my laundry with hands, i'm a customer that like buying at game but the services i'm getting regarding the washing machine it so wrong in all levels , today i bought a fridge your store and i got the fridge the same day, i'm begging Game to provide me with my washing machine
