Goods not received!!

Please ask for hardcopies and email copies!! Bad experience! Game in Liberty Promenade Mitchell's Plain.

Our TV broke and was sent away from repairs. However the TV model was discontinued and we were offered a voucher. We opted for a different TV that had a combo deal which included a Sound bar. There was a balance due to us because of price range of the combo TV deal. The difference in Payment was made successfully. We received the TV only because the sound bar was out of stock. We received a signed slip stating that we must come back for the sound bar and that a sms will be sent when the stock do arrive. Since then we haven't received any notification. When we went back, according to system both items were given. They couldn't provide me with any proof that I signed for the collection of items.

So I paid for an item I didn't receive. The TV license is not evens registered in our name someone's elses particulars were used.

I am so disappointed. Somehow there must be evidence of document that I signed to say I have received or collected the goods. But nothing.

Now it's just a lost case. So unfair. I would strongly advise people to not purchase items when they don't have stock. They have no paper trail and process in place that can be followed so that it ensures you receive your goods.
