Goods not delivered for month and counting

I ordered on Game online on 22 June, paid and received confirmation my order will be received within 7 - 10 working days. It has been a month and I have not received anything, also when phoning customer services there is not much help on this matter. My order is urgent goods which makes this service even more unacceptable.
