Goods despatched but courier company has no record

I bought a bosch dishwasher online and received an email that it was despatched on 25 November. Order details # ********** 71 (placed on Fri Nov 24 10:26:18 SAST 2017. I was given a track and trace link to check on delivery which is 3-5 days. I've been checking since yesterday but there is no information. I called the courier company and they have no record of it. They referred me back to Game but the tel no ***does not work. Not sure what to do now, this sucks!
