Good service receviced from the employee

on the 16th January 2016 i went to cresta mall to return a broken fan , i got a very good service from a woman named OCTAVIA HLATSHWAYO from customer service. she was so helpful i felt like i was the only Game customer. she was calm . i have never received such service from a black woman as a black woman. for that i would like to say i m impressed and i only shop there now just because of that woman. To her manager please keep hiring people like her. thank you!
