Good service

I went to Game store at Cresta Mall on Thursday to pay settlement amount on my account..when I get there the lady said she is not working for RCS so she can't help me and the second lady said the same because RCS people are late for work so I must wait..I demanded to speak to someone superior to them cos I've been in that store several times and always there is something.. That's when the Lady called Mpho Makalo came and ask me what's the problem which I explained and she said RCS people are late but she will try to help me..she took a phone and called relevant people and I was helped..well done Mpho ,keep up the good work you do for Game..what a great customer service indeed..Thank you so much..
